Location : Taipei, Taiwan

Requirements :

  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with Customers and prospects.
  • Lead Market Intel effort. Determine competitive situation and develop strategies to facilitate short and long-term sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to product management / application engineering department on industry trends and competition.

  • Develop and maintain market assessment and plans. Includes staying current on competitive landscape.
  • Analyze and summarize test results - generate test reports and present to Customers;
  • Cultivate a positive image with Customer and demonstrate total system supplier and long term strategic partner commitment.
  • Conduct sales calls through personal visits as well as telephone screening with customers and prospects individually.
  • Provide accurate and complete information to generate and / or assist with the preparation of quotes. Review all quotes prior to presentation to customer.
  • Prepare administrative reports including sales call reports, sales forecasts, project database, and documentation as it is related to customer's projects, procedures, the overall industry and competitive situation.
  • Maintain and regularly update the computer based sales information and planning system


  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree
  • Must have a minimum of 2+ years sales and marketing experience

  • Experience with pharmaceutical industry helpful
  • Ability to work under pressure to execute moderate to high capital sales transactions
  • Strong skills in self-organization and independent work
  • Excellent service orientation with customers and company employees
  • Patience and tenacity to endure a long term sales cycle and success with establishing new customer contacts
  • Presentation and public speaking skills highly preferred
  • Hands-on ability to operate pharmaceutical solid dose equipment desirable
