Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business.

Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

You'll help Taiwan Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) to achieve their growth goals. When our millions of advertisers and publishers are happy, so are we.

You'll be dedicated to growing the unique needs of advertising companies. Our teams of strategists, analysts, advisers and support specialists collaborate closely to spot and analyze customer needs and trends.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and deliver an excellent customer service experience to Google's advertising customers, and / or users.
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, e-mail, live chat, video conference meetings, and / or face-to-face meetings.
  • Collaborate with product specialists, engineers, and product team members on feature development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Provide strategic and consultative advice to end clients and relevant ecosystem; help solve technical issues to create value while working with a large number of businesses.
  • Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and promote other Google products.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in sales, marketing or business analytics at an agency, technology or media company.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin Chinese fluently.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Experience in consulting, sales, account management, or marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience of troubleshooting or resolving customers queries, able to identify potential root causes by making hypotheses while knowing assumptions are not facts before proven.
  • Knowledge of Global / Taiwan Domestic / Taiwan Export marketing market and the Google Ads products.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details. Responsible and reliable team member.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a Sales environment; demonstrated ability to lead and / or motivate others around you.
