ABOUT THE ROLEThis role offers the opportunity to shape and lead Supply Services strategy locally. It will work in partnership with the commercial divisions and within the cluster Supply Team.
Focus of the position is to meet and exceed financial obligations while insuring delivers excellent service and develop a robust supply services process.
The role is also the lead in driving the local Supply people’s agenda. SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIESOrganize and lead the demand planning process by working closely with Sales, Marketing, and trade marketing.
Leading and run business wide S&OP / IBP process, working collaboratively with Sales and Marketing groups, agreeing on forecast.
Responsible for forecasting, long and short termResponsible for day to day availability of 150+ products, across Taiwan health product categories.
Proactively managing all potential service issues, avoiding any potential issues to trade.Manages inventory targets in line with financial plan, ensuring to balance customer service with financial target.
Responsible for all department KPI’s, and reporting results, bridging any deviation from target.Leading and implementing any departmental continuous improvement projects.
Responsible for inventory management including inventory level, safety stock, expiry and SLOB.Approval for supply chain related charges such as freight and embellishmentLead in service provider performance review and improvement freight forwarder, distributor, embellisher and etcSupporting Supply excellence manager in new product launch on time in budget.
Working closely with distributor to ensure achieving superior customer service through distributor and there is sufficient resource / capacity to handle RB requirementManagement of 3rd party business arrangements for freight, and operationsTo deliver on targets in key areas of Services, Gross margin improvement (through freight cost), quality and net working capital.

7 years minimum supply chain experience including some years in planning function. Working in FMCG environment or similar.
