Job Summary :

  • Timely manage each distributor, and work as a team on strategies.
  • Lead to review regional distributor performance
  • Keep trace the run rate of system reagent and understand the business reason behind the numbers
  • Propose, develop, implement and monitor distributor’s sales objectives consistent with business overall strategy.
  • Manage regional distributor LoA & realignment by assessing distributor performance align with Sales.
  • Drive the coordination with distributors to make sure the transparency of distributor inventory, sales forecast, marketing plan and technical support needed is timely provided and improve the channel visibility and transparency.
  • Build up regular and effective communication with distributor.
  • Provide solutions for the channel issues, e.g. channel conflicts and optimize the channel network going forward.
  • Proactively initiate new strategies to grow business and aligned with regional / global initiatives.
  • Manage channel practice and process following the company policy and compliance requirements.
  • Cooperate with cross function teams (FAS, Service, CS, Logistic) to meet the goal.
  • Maintain and develop relationship with biotechnology companies.
  • Requirements :

  • At least 5 years sales experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowing the principal of real-time PCR, CE, MA and NGS application.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation and influence skills
  • Willing to travel frequently, Self-motivated.
