Senior Coordinator or Supervisor, Supporter Engagement

Job Overview :
The Supporter Engagement Senior Coordinator role is responsible for managing the development of all Amnesty International Taiwan’s prospective and current financial supporters to grow the year on year net revenue needed for us to fight for human rights impact.
The incumbent works with and reports to the Fundraising and Development Manager and shall have other key cross functional relationships.
The position will ensure that a sizeable portion of our donors remain loyal to us and support our work for a long time. This position will lead manage and be responsible for donor-
loyalty programs, events, CRM analysis and managing donor journeys to ensure retention and up-gradation and driving plans forward in order to maximize donor engagement and life time value.
A senior marketing communication professional and manager with relevant experience, if non-profit marketing background is a plus;
the role is expected to provide and to lead all donor relationship and engagement strategy and plans to enhance our bondage with existing donors, which will be reflected by the sustaining and enhancing donor support and commitment.
Creative and innovative individual with a good streak of entrepreneurial fire and a comfort with handling strategic communication work.
Critical to the role is managing the expectations of a range of individual donors, vendors and suppliers.
Main Responsibilities :
Oversee the successful delivery of the Donor Services program including donor communications , telemarketing strategies(Upgrade, Reactivation, Supporter Save, Lead conversion ) and payment processing to meet our supporter base and financial growth targets.
Ensure excellence in donor services for inbound and outbound donations telephone calls , and other supporters inquires calls and emails
Manage and Monitor Tele-marketing fundraising agencies and their activities to ensure the agency hits the program target and meet the KPI(Key Performance Index).
Provide trainings to telemarketing agencies and donor services agency on a regular basis
Design donor surveys and organize donor activities to increase donor loyalty and maximize their value.
Deliver an engaging donor relationship program and create donor welcome, retention, upgrade and reactivation materials.
Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience :
Demonstrated high level communications skills, creativity, analysis and experience, including the ability to identify opportunities and implement innovative solutions
Demonstrated strategic planning and project management skills,
Highly analytical with high proficiency in Excel
Prior management experience in leading, motivating, supervising and supporting staff and volunteers
Significant experience in direct marketing including direct mail, digital and telemarketing
Proven knowledge and experience of customer relationship marketing and data driven marketing techniques
Strong English language skills, and excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills and relevant high level oral and written communication skills
Strong work ethic : energy, initiative, vision and commitment
Fluent in English
