As a Manager, you will provide clients with expert counsel on integrated communications, media relations, product reviews, story and content development, and launch / event planning.
You will act as a mentor to team members, helping them to grow professionally and deliver world-class results for clients.
Day-to-day client liaison with a range of corporate communications, marketing, PR and technical stakeholders across international markets.
Active involvement in planning and delivering local and global campaigns.
Managing content programs, including mapping out content themes, spotting industry trends and story angles, writing or localizing copy for white papers, opinion articles, web and social as well as working closely with design teams to create digital content such as animations, graphics and videos.
Media relations - creating the news, features and comment for business and trade media, executive profiling and pitching.
Managing issues, incidents and crisis projects for protecting clients’ reputation.
Managing major client campaigns, including developing agendas, identifying third-party speakers, briefing spokespeople, working with other teams and agencies on production and promoting events via media, digital and social.
International team management such as planning and coordination with other markets, briefing teams on activity and overseeing coordination and reporting.
Managing team of AEs-SEs, helping them to develop skills and acting as the communication point between junior and senior members of the team.
Supporting in the development of client proposals to help grow or win parts of the business.
At least 4 years’ working experience in communications, and at least 1 year experience in team management.
A positive thinker with a strong curiosity.
An innate understanding of earned media, with the ability to create stories and generate coverage across traditional media, digital and social.
Experience in direct client handling, providing strategic counsel on day-to-day account matters.
Have a good understanding of the importance and mechanics of budgeting new campaigns.
A track record of working on major client events such as conferences, seminars and roadshows, with experience using other communications channels to amplify events.
Comfortable translating technical information into compelling, accessible content.
