What you'll do?
Execute strategies to drive sales and quality metrics performance for F&B products categories across regions
Lead initiatives and work with regional teams to drive F&B product performance metrics such as conversions, inventory availability, cancellation privilege, instant confirmation etc
Develop and conduct
Collaborate with BD teams to align acquisition priorities and secure supplier privileges to improve product competitiveness
Work with marketing teams to drive tactical supplier-led campaigns as well as to develop long-term product mix strategies
Work with tech product team to execute potential platform merchandising tools, improve user booking experiences, drive features to boost revenue performance, and merchant portal enhancement.
Provide overall direction and support for team. Monitor and assess individual work in accordance with high standards of excellence.
Provide feedback, coaching, support, opportunities for development, complete performance appraisals, take corrective action when appropriate.
What you'll need?
4 - 8 years in strategy or growth operations in industries like travel, ecommerce, or tech startups
Strong analytical skills. Excel and SQL proficiency highly preferred
Track record of successfully driving cross departmental projects is preferred
Experience in ecommerce with a specialization in F&B products is a plus
Fluent in spoken and written English. Fluency in Chinese is a plus
Eager to work in a small team and fast-paced environment
A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that's not afraid to work independently when required
Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds and in different time zones
Bachelor's degree or above
