As a Sales Manager is reporting to Regional Operation Director and managing a team of professional sales representative to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives through effective planning and budgeting.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share
Plan, organize and manage sales territories and balance the requirements of multiple units
Identify and target new business opportunities and manage the sales cycle. Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
Effectively communicate and negotiate contracts with customers
Interpret and manage key financial result areas, i.e. revenues, volume, margins
Drive, motivate, organize and coordinate sales representation daily schedules to reach and exceed sales targets
Monitor and well control receivable status
Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives and people development
Implement sales strategies to sell products or services
Supervisor and oversee the maintenance of sales databases,
Analyze competitor pricing proposals and sales strategies.
Manage the team to optimize the job efficiency and effectiveness. Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
Work closely with sales, service, operations, and other functional team to achieve shared goals
Conducting performance appraisals for subordinates’ according to scheduled plans and recommending necessary actions as per the applied practices
Conducting periodic meetings with subordinates’ to ensure that priorities are clear and actions are running smoothly
Degree Bachelor / Master in in scientific areas : such as chemistry, biology, or biochemistry
Requires above 5 years sales experience in the related area and 3 years team leader experience with traceable sales records.
Strong leadership, experience in similar level positions, a minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience
