As a member of the Consumer Product Management Team in the Accessories BU you will be responsible for the product lifecycle from before launch to end-

of-life road-map transition management. Product Managers own the Worldwide road-map across all customer segments, working with the team to engage our downstream regional and country marketing teams to ensure that we have a compelling, launching a competitive and innovative product portfolio of PC accessories and adjacencies to stand out in the market and complement our PC products.

If you are our Consumer Accessory Product Manager in Taipei / Taiwan, you will have a chance to

  • Be responsible for different accssories.
  • Drive product definition and work with R&D and Program Management teams for product launch
  • Manage portfolio strategy for assigned category
  • Determine initial pricing strategy and ongoing pricing support.
  • Lead appropriate product introduction process to assure an effective launch within the region.
  • Work with retailers and customers to affect demand.
  • Influence appropriate partner organizations to enhance solutions capabilities.
  • Work with Sales and Supply Chain on obsolescence process with the region.
  • Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with :

  • University degree in Marketing or Business is preferred
  • Category business owner. Work independently
  • Experience in a focus area of consumer accessories - gaming, OPP, softgoods or keyboards required
  • 8+ years in product management fundamentals
  • Demonstrated experience working with regional selling partners, R&D, ID Studios or customers
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the company, including senior management
  • Ability to effectively persuade across organizational boundaries, both horizontally as well as vertically
  • Self-starter, motivated, proactive, curious
  • Determine and lead an appropriate product / service / solution family introduction process to assure an effective launch within the region.
  • Work with retailers and customers to affect demand.
  • Drive the inventory strategy.
  • Influence appropriate third parties to enhance solutions capabilities.
  • Determine appropriate ongoing pricing in support of established pricing strategy.
  • Work with sales and manufacturing, to lead the obsolescence process for the region.
