Service operation team leader-005LTL

The Field Operations leader isresponsible for ensuring that the services are delivered comprehensively, ontime, to budget and to the required quality standard (within agreedspecifications).

The Field Operations Leader ensuresthe projects are effectively resourced and manages relationships with a widerange of stakeholders internally and externally.

The Field Operations Leader isalso responsible for allocating and utilizing resources in a safe and efficientmanner and maintaining a co-

operative, motivated and successful team.


Isresponsible for the quality and the profitability of the Field Services deliveryto customers

Managesthe planning and coordination of the interventions

Managesthe Field Service Representatives (directly or indirectly through regionalmanagers) according to the number of people

Analysesand reports on field service performance (backlog, margin, utilization rate,execution )

Ensuresefficient and regular communications between the teams. Tight coordination isrequired.

Mentors,manages and develops the FSRs in their charge to maximize Schneider Electric businessopportunities and the career opportunities of the FSRs.

Ensuresthat each FSR is complying with all administration processes such as reportingin payroll time keeping, field service reporting, tracking, lead generation etc.

Drivesthe Service KPIs as defined by management to maximize Service goals. Uses theKPIs to identify weaknesses in the Service delivery and takes appropriateactions as needed.
