Role Purpose

Resolves internal and external client telephone queries following defined procedures.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provides first level client contact and conveys resolutions to customer issues
  • Tracks, routes and redirects problems to correct resources
  • Recognises high priority queries and takes action within the expected response time
  • Ensures proper recording, documentation and closure of queries, updating customer data and producing activity reports.
  • Minimum Requirements

  • This is an Individual Contributor role
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in an IT related discipline
  • Strong client-facing skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
