Job Responsibilities :

  • Responsible to play a major part in leading and managing all presales task request within Country / APAC region while building relationships and trust with new and existing clients.
  • Work closely with Sales Manager to achieve sales strategy and embark new leads / new logos.
  • Responsible to gather, analyse and articulate business requirements to provide a comprehensive respond to RFP / RFI tender proposal with the best solutions.
  • Responsible to lead, prepare and present best solutions for customer needs and charter their journey with Worldline solutions.
  • Act as a contact between the customer and the delivery team to ensure that the best practices are considered when designing the solution.
  • Be the spokesperson for Worldline by constantly providing new solution(s), sharing best-in-class information with clients and serving as the first payment solution provider.
  • In charge of client feedback research, which is shared with presales governance for R&D formulation with the product team.
  • Keeping abreast with the cutting-edge market knowledge and technology at all times.
  • Stay up to date on central banks regulatory and payment market growth.
  • Provide support in formulating new or enhanced an existing presales product presentation or training materials for commercial use.
  • Support presales governance team to gear up for future presales.
  • Willing to take on additional responsibility to ensure team success.
  • In this role, you will be reporting directly to Country Head and indirect to Head of Pre Sales and Business Consultancy, APAC
  • Job Requirements :

  • Minimum Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Business or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 years with domain experience in banking or card payment industry. Payment enthusiast who are eager to excel in this industry will be considered.
  • Candidate with IT Technical background will be an added advantage.
  • Have prior experience in selling banking IT solutions or digital payment solutions.
  • Good verbal and written communication in English. Additional languages are an added advantage.
  • Customer facing candidate must be comfortable in giving presentations, interacting with client and responding to client queries / concerns.
  • Great interpersonal skill, presentable, forward thinker and constant learner, independent with mature critical thinking, resourceful, and committed.
  • Able to work in a team and good liaison with another department.
  • Sound understanding / exposure in local regulatory and compliance.
  • Business travelling is required when necessary
