Planning, developing and executing strategic communication, training programs and tools around the products to accelerate product adoption and recognition in both internal and external market environments to support the overall business growth.
1.Fully support CVTW marketing strategy to ensure business growth.
2.Fully support product launches and develop differentiating product messaging and communication program to create growth driving business opportunities.
3.Effectively speak, present and educate both internal and external stakeholders on product values to accelerate business growth and product recognition.
4.Deliver efficient on-job training programs for internal field force to support consultative sales goal, train CS team to confidently handle wearer inquiry.
5.Assist and support sales on calls to provide deeper dive into the products.
6.Strategically plan field visits and conduct market analysis to obtain understanding of the competitive landscape, gain insights into point of sales weaknesses or requirements, establish product differentiators and seek for possible business development opportunities.
7.Collaborate across different functions to develop and create effective product sales tools and marketing materials for product communication excellence in meeting business objectives.
8.Support and work closely with Key Account team in joint marketing and business opportunities building projects to achieve result-delivering goals.
9.Lead category growth through key strategic pillars of gaining new wearers, reducing dropouts and extending the wearer lifecycle.
10.Manage customer tech question, help medical evaluation. Execute marketing survey & research. Periodically provide marketing intelligence report.
11.Evaluate, develop and manage professional KOL relationship and professional partnership opportunities.
12.Initiate clinical trials, publish clinical and marketing claims, sponsor conference speaking in congress to advocate CV products and differentiate with competitors.
13.Support marketing team in strategy developments, event execution and team performance achievements.
14.Plan PS budget & keep good phasing control. Efficiently communicate with other functional teams to workout solution.

Work Environment :
Normal office environment.Regular travel is required.
Experience in working or managing optical practice and professional training with minimum of 3 years related experience in the Taiwan optical industry.
Must be able to work independently and self-driven with an ability to effectively and positively influence highly-energized sales and marketing professionals.
Graduated from Optometry bachelor studies.
