Work cooperatively with other departments of Google to diagnose and debug factory production issues.
Present new and innovative ways to improve the manufacturability and testability of our software while maintaining ease of use and improving the quality of end user experience.
Help design and implement future technologies designed to simplify the verification and installation of Android software in the factory.
Minimum qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of work experience on relevant technical domain.
Experience programming in one of the following languages : C, C++, Python or Shell script.
Preferred qualifications :
PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Knowledge of Hardware relevant domain. Experience with microcontroller selection and its various digital communication protocols and interfaces (e.
g., GPIO, SPI, I2C and UART).
Demonstrated expertise in implementing sensor fusion algorithm. Familiar with QCOM Snapdragon Sensor Core architecture.
Relevant work experience with sensor development.
Experience with Android programming. Understanding of key concepts in computer architecture.
Relevant work experience with signal process and analysis.
Effective communication / interpersonal skills. Self-Directed, excellent judgment, proactive approach to problem solving, and building trust and alliances with colleagues.
