An experienced digital marketing partner who will be part of a growing team responsible below
Ticketing System
Provide professional, friendly and helpful customer service as the first point of contact.
Thoroughly build and manage user requests within enterprise ticketing system & knowledge base. Provide first contact resolution per expectations.
You will be the owner for this ticketing system and make all website inquiries collected and served.
Closely monitor developments in assigned issues and disseminate timely information throughout the organization. Facilitate and organize inter-departmental resources to ensure fluid technological management, carry out ""one ticketing, one helpdesk, one stop service"" for external / internal user.
Live Chat
Create and successfully drive innovative and effective lice-chat system programs, including integrated digital marketing and chat-robot for awareness, lead generation, and engagement.
Build the digital infrastructure of Live Chat Platform ranging from digital timelines and work back schedules, audience targeting, asset design, finalizing plans, and reporting.
Develop recommendations for new growth initiatives, platforms, and programs based on business goals, competitive analysis / benchmarking, and emerging trends.
Build processes for repeatability and scalability of Live Chat into different regional office with their local practices by developing guides and templates for best practices.
Implement and monitor chat platform relating to search engine optimization, search engine marketing, social media advertising, remarketing, and marketing automation.
Produce introduction content for RBU office and website while launch, and collaborate with content team members to ensure alignment with brand and positioning.
Requirements
Work Experience : above 3 years
Education : Bachelor
1. Business, Marketing, Mass-Communication , Management background
2. Interested in B2B global marketing, experience in eCommerce / Online Marketing / Digital Marketing / Ticketing System / Helpdesk System / Video Production will be a plus.
3.Proven evidence of excellent analytics, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
