With a global remit, our Technical Program Management professionals lead cross-functional product design teams to develop and introduce game-

changing new products and solutions. It’s about making sure we offer customers the right features, experience, quality, schedule, cost, continuity of supply, service capability and financials.

And when products and solutions are in development, it’s about driving everything from definition through to planning, development and launch across global development centers and multiple lines of business.

The team is also crucial to getting shipping right. All in all, it is a fascinating and incredibly varied area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for bringing to the market products for our external customers with the right features, schedule (TTM), cost, sales (volumes / financials) and customer experience, through continuity of supply, quality, and service capability
  • Influence and develop program business case and performance factors / metrics to govern success at product and portfolio levels, including communication to Execs (EPR)
  • SME in E2E development processes to lead worldwide management and execution of cross-functional NPI and Sustaining product design core teams using Offer Lifecycle Process (OLP)
  • Manage major risks and issues through effective contingency planning, trade-off decisions, and appropriate escalation

  • Advanced understanding of technologies used in disciplines managed (Rack, Tower, Modular Servers and sub-systems such as Storage, Comms, Power, Systems Management, etc.)
  • Advanced understanding of end-to-end development model including marketing, engineering, manufacturing (for hardware), procurement, and services
  • Typically 15+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Typically requires 7+ years diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization and people motivation skill (or equivalent experience)
