Sales or Business Development for Vietnam Market

Job Description

a.Supporting MediaTek’s corporate sales strategy and activities with MediaTek’s direct and indirect customers and drive the business to general revenue in Vietnam.

b.Developing and managing long-term strategic relationships with local clients in Vietnam through the promotion of MediaTek’s technology and innovative solutions.

c.Conducting market analysis and developing strategies and execute plans for (new) business to maximize business opportunities and achieve sustainable growth and success in Vietnam.

Requirement 1. Fluency in spoken and written Vietnamese for the communications with Vietnam clients and capable of speaking English and Chinese for company’s internal communications.

Understanding of Vietnam culture without any culture barrier is preferred.

  • 2. Bachelor Degree with major in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, related Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related fields;
  • Advanced or Master’s Degree is preferred.

    3. Over 2 years of experience in sales, technical marketing and / or business development in a related industry.

    4. Knowledge of wireless and digital technologies (GSM / UMTS / HSPA / LTE / LTE-A / 5G / NB-IoT (M2M), WiFi, TV, automotive, STB).

    5. Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

    6. Prior experience in engaging with clients in Vietnam and good connections with them will be an added advantage.

    7. Ability and willingness for international travel : this position will involve around up to 50% business travels.
