We are looking for Senior test engineer to support mobile phone fingerprint modules from development through manufacturing.
The employee will support testing fingerprint sensors across the assembly flow from TFT, module, and integration into phone.
They will develop test hardware by working with vendors to design automated test equipment, and they will develop test software by working with Qualcomm's algorithm and characterization teams.
The employee will travel to our suppliers and customers to install, train, and troubleshoot this test hardware and software.
The employee will support our fingerprint products in production by analyzing test data, resolving yield issues, and optimizing the testing efficiency.
The home office will be in Taiwan but the employee can expect travel to China, Korea, and Vietnam for 1-2 weeks per month.
Additionally the employee will be working with Qualcomm project teams located in numerous countries around the world.
At least 1-2 Years Test Experience
3 - years industry experience with NPI and high-volume manufacturing.Experience with fingerprint sensors.Experience with display / image testing.
Experience with TFT probing, wafer probing, and ASIC testing.Programming skill with Matlab, C - - , and C#.Data analysis with JMP or similar tools for high-
volume test data. Efficient with Windows / Excel / PowerPoint. Fundamental knowledge of electronic circuit design.Experience with custom test jig design.
Comfortable with using an oscilloscope.Capable of general debug and troubleshooting.Optimize test time and yield.Able to work on-
site at suppliers and customers for hardware / software installation, training, and support.Available to travel in Taiwan, China, Korea, and Vietnam.
Typically 1-2 weeks per month.
Required : Bachelor's, Electrical Engineering Preferred : Master's, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
