Key roles :
Achieve Division’s Sales and Margin targets and DSO and DOH goals.
Control Division’s sales related expense budgets.
Provide direction to facilitate goal setting process in line with Corporate and Division’s strategic focuses; monitor progress;
measure results; conduct performance appraisals; and reward for sales incentiv
Select, interview, attract new recruits to the sales team.
Conducts sales and cycle meetings to monitor progress; facilitate communication; provide representatives with forum to network; provide training.
Control and monitor implementation of sales strategies and tactics and provide feedback and market intelligence to Marketing.
Interface with major distributors and key customers; maintain contact with key accounts; identify opportunities for corporate marketing and cultivate as appropriate.
Provide infield coaching, follow-up training to support skill-based training and motivate and develop subordinates to facilitate succession planning.
Effectively communicate with all levels of staff via staff meetings, written communications and one-on-one communication.
Interact and work with management / employees to promote teamwork.
With college degree or above in nutrition / food science or health related majors. Average English capability in speaking, reading and writing.
8-10 years of sales experience at minimum. Successful sales track record including sales supervision and sales management.
Organization and industry intelligence.
