Analyzes market and develops business plan to deliver annual business objectives.
Directs the actual distribution or movement of products and services to the customers.
Coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establishes training programs for sales representatives.
Manages and directs a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals.
Recruits, develops, encourages and retains sales team as appropriate.
Coaches, guides and motivates individuals to maximize sales performance and customer satisfaction, personal achievement and to achieve the objectives set out in the business plans.
Designs and recommends sales and marketing programs and sets short- and long-term sales strategies.
Analyzes sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitors the preferences of customers
Reference Centers & Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) development and management.
Skills and Requirements
Previous sales and team management experience.
5 to 6 years selling experience in the medical (device) industry with consistent over-plan performance.
