  • Analyzes market and develops business plan to deliver annual business objectives.
  • Directs the actual distribution or movement of products and services to the customers.
  • Coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establishes training programs for sales representatives.
  • Manages and directs a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals.
  • Recruits, develops, encourages and retains sales team as appropriate.
  • Coaches, guides and motivates individuals to maximize sales performance and customer satisfaction, personal achievement and to achieve the objectives set out in the business plans.
  • Designs and recommends sales and marketing programs and sets short- and long-term sales strategies.
  • Analyzes sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitors the preferences of customers
  • Reference Centers & Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) development and management.
  • Skills and Requirements

  • Previous sales and team management experience.
  • 5 to 6 years selling experience in the medical (device) industry with consistent over-plan performance.
