As HRBP, you'll be advising managers and teams in specific business functions on a range of HR activities, such as employment law, recruitment, performance management, and talent management related activities, HR system management.

You are responsible to :
o Advise and guide managers in your business areas
o Apply and interpret HR policies
o Salary and promotions
o Manage the performance appraisal process
o Identify learning and development needs
o Employee relations (ER) issues and employment law
o Adopt BAT change management framework to proactively manage change
o Developing effective individual development plans
o Manage the recruitment process & provide candidates a positive experience, ensure the line manager is proactive
o Prioritize and plan learning events for business areas
o Ensure act on the results of employee opinion surveys and initiatives, and track progress
o Assist in manage the Talent and Leadership agenda for the functions and drive Talent action plans
o Work on HR projects that improve business and organizational performance
o HR system management and training
o Clear understanding on local labor law, and update policies
o Headcount & Labor cost cycle management
o Employee engagement activities
o Build and maintain local talent branding activities
o Unregular data / information request from different HR function
o Deploy different HR agendas / plans to our business
Essential requirements :
You’ll be a graduate caliber HR professional with broad HR skills, ideally gained in a large multinational business. As well as knowledge of HR systems, you’ll need strong professional HR skills, including employment law.
You’ll respect confidentiality and will have the confidence to proactively build relationships and influence management decisions.
In our rapidly changing environment you’ll need to take the initiative and juggle priorities, while delivering first class consumer service.
With good English communication skills, you’ll be used to working with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
