1. Perform EUV production engineering tasks and improve equipment up time, including troubleshooting EUV tool and wafer problems, metrology, carrying out yield enhancement programs, characterizing and releasing process / equipment improvement solutions that prevent recurrence.
2. Support process and technology transfer from R&D to N5 Fab (F18).
3. Communicate with cross-function engineers or vendors from local and overseas to improve productions and yields.
4. Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety&Security requirements.
1.Master's degree and above in Electronics, Mechanical, Opto-electronic, Physics- high energy plasma, Nuclear Engineeing, Electronic Materials, Chemistry, Chemical engineering and Automation Engineering fields.
or semiconductor process knowledge is a plus.
3.Good problem solving skill and knowledge of basic Total Quality Control methodoloy is a plus.
4.Of creativity, innovation, good communication ability, team spirit, active learning attitude, and English proficiency.
