Purpose of Role

  • Responsible for assisting Manager and Assistant Manager inthe supervision of bar daily operations in order to meet and exceed customerneeds and business requirements;
  • while ensuring adherence to service standardsand operating procedures.

    Responsibly Description

    Supervise and inspect bar opening and close duties.

    Assign duties to reporting Talent and fill out station chart.

    Demonstration Whatever / Whenever attitude when responding to guest


    Assist in training needs identification and training plan development.

    Provide coaching and conduct training for all reporting Talent to ensurethat

    service standards are followed

    Motivate Talent tobring about excellent performance, enforce discipline as a role model of theirperformance.
