Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer , the purpose of the Chief Information Officer is to be responsible for the effective design, development and execution of Cigna Taiwan’s Technology / Digital strategy to support short and medium term business goals.
Set annual and long term Technology Investments and appropriate resources to execute the plan as agreed by SLT.
Lead the change management of old not fit for purpose technology, to more open, cloud based agile technology that supports a changing business and channel environment that exceeds customer experience.
Participates as an active member of the Senior Leadership Team , providing clear direction, modelling a safe, supportive and achievement-
based environment, and motivating and inspiring our people to be the best they can be, in order to drive the right results and outcomes for our business and customers.
Assess and recommend a technology structure and skill set to support new agreed Technology strategy.
Ensure the Data security is fully aligned to Global Cigna Standards
