Successful and on schedule listing products in assign territory.
Achieve sales forecast within agreed territory. Implement sales & marketing strategies and fulfill objectives as agreed with Manager.
E.g. Sales, Customer Activity,Customer Development, Budget Management etc.
Identify and manage Key Accounts to maximize sales across the territory. Including the identification and development of strong business partnerships with key stakeholders within an account.
Maintain the highest level of therapy area, product, and competitor and business knowledge.
Conduct and implement timely territory planning & analysis to maximize opportunities. Including the :
Implementation of marketing strategy into territory business plans, identification and demonstration of clear prioritization of actions in order to achieve sales targets.
Implementation of business the plan, including the use of tracking mechanisms to identify variances and take appropriate remedial action.
Use sales reporting tool and analytical techniques to identify target accounts and customers to achieve coverage and frequency targets.
Financial management of budget to achieve sales targets set out in business plan.
Internal networking and engagement of the internal customer (e.g. Marketing, Medical, Regulatory and Sales Management).
Superior patient centric selling skills with the ability to self appraise and identify development opportunities and initiate remedial actions.
Share best practice resulting in delivering sales targets and challenge status-quo where appropriate.
Competitor analysis and intelligence gathering and identification of future opportunities for the company
Ensure all administration is completed accurately and within time-scales dictated
At least 3 years relevant experience in the specialist prescription pharmaceutical area
Relevant experience with MNC Pharmaceutical companies in sales and marketing will be advantageous
Specific skills (Include specific skills and knowledge necessary to meet the objectives of the position)
New product launch and successful HP listing experience is a must
