Job Scope :
4 major dimensions : infrastructure, application, information security, MES / CIM.
Report to head of Group Admin
Team size : more than 30 headcounts in total
Manages Taiwan IT dept. and Suzhou IT dept.
Also support US and EMEA subsidiary IT operation.
Extremely professional in-house IT domain knowledge. At least familiar with 3 of above 4 major dimensions.
At least 15 years IT related working experiences at MNC company(s).
At least 5 years people management experiences.
Excellent leadership and management skills with proven successful track record.
Strong communication skill.
Able to proactively plan and deliver IT solutions with business acumen.
Good command of English.
With a Master’s degree would be a strong plus.
