Role Summary :
To provide services in the assigned territory to meet the customer expectation on Life Sciences equipment.
Essential Responsibilities :
Maintain high customer satisfaction in the target areas for the specific products of Life Science equipment
Manage territory service activity and ensure the quality to meet company measurements and business target
Drive market penetration for the specific products of LS equipment in target areas
Provide high level technical support to customers including installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting and necessary training
Coach and help new team members to improve their service capabilities
Qualifications / Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or above, majored in Biomedical engineering, Computer, Electronic, Automation, etc
2-3 year or above working experience (Life Science application and equipment svc related preferred)
High integrity & discipline
Excellent communication & presentation skill, strong interpersonal skill
