The role of the Territory Representative (North Region) is to manage the assigned sales territory in order to implement brand and merchandising activities as well as to sell promotions to gain competitive advantage together with our Trade partners.

Achieve Volume, MS and distribution targets in order to maximize brand availability and visibility in assigned Retailers / Wholesalers (WS)

Principal Accountabilities

  • Execute the planned sales visits, in order to ensure regular coverage of territory based and manage the orders;
  • Increase distribution and visibility levels setting by the manager;
  • Execute the Brand & Trade Marketing activities according to priorities and agreed timelines and internal policy at store and Wholesaler level;
  • Guarantee sufficient stock level maintained in store;
  • Manage the assigned budget and the designed tools and merchandising materials aimed to support BAT product sales according to rules and procedures;
  • Implement Trade programmers and merchandising recommendation in POS (Position, Communication);
  • Share knowledge and skills amongst team members in order to support the execution of activities;
  • Reporting Ensure accurate and timely reporting on activities performed ensure all retail data and information;
  • You will be required to liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders so you will need to have strong networking capabilities together with the ability to create new opportunities;
  • It is critical you have excellent people skills, can embrace communicate and manage change, and have an ability to successfully facilitate a coaching culture;
  • Share knowledge and skills amongst team members in order to support the execution of activities;
  • Ideally you will have at least 2 years experience in a FMCG sales environment and a Marketing or business related tertiary qualification would be highly desirable

  • Bachelor degree or Master Degree
  • Full mobility
  • Fluent in both Mandarin & English
  • Good knowledge in MS Office
