The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting KPI as well as managing sales team. In addition, he / she will manage key client relationships to ensure overall success of service integration results and realizing win-
win situation for both clients and company ourselves. Directly report to CEO, he / she will be responsible for the sales team's success and the business expansion pace.
In charge of financial institutions such as banks, insurance companies, security companies' networking and focusing in Taiwan markets development and, potentially, overseas (Taiwan & China experience preferred).
Manage the sales team and lead the company's revenue scheme and development.
Develop new clients based on company's market strategy.
Might travel from time to time to check the market and build solid relationship with local partners.
Report to CEO with individual performance and market insights.
10 - 15 years of application / Software sales management experiences within fintech service companies / Software companies
Bachelor degree in any related discipline
Competency in Analytical Problem Solving, Customer / Partner Relationships, Product & Technology Expertise
Strong understanding and Relationship in banking / insurance / security market is a must
Familiar with banking software / payment / insurance services and structure (either one)
Native in Mandarin and good in English
At least 5 years experience leading a team and with proven record of revenue generation
Experience in working in a Matric managed organization
Possess a blend of business and technical savvy; ability to drive strategy into action
Additional request (would be a plus) :
1) Experience or knowledge with top tier software Application / Cloud application providers is preferred
2) Strong self-motivation and encouraging personality.
