Job Description

  • Build relationships with customers stakeholder and supporting function for business growth
  • Lead, control and direct sales to assure sales targets are achieved through motivation, training and coaching filed sales team
  • Establish and enforce ethical standards across all business areas
  • Assures compliance of all policies, procedures and practices of the company
  • Strong in establish and implement strategic sales plan
  • Understand strategic business challenges and priorities
  • Strong in manage key account and product range
  • Ability to analyzing information and prioritizing opportunities
  • Lead, direct, and develop the field sales team pursue prospects, promote products, offer solutions and achieve sales targets
  • Strong ability in handling customer relations, superior negotiation ability, can solve questions & challenges encountered from work in a timely manner
  • Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent working experience (ideally over 4 years) with 3 years of key account experience
  • Strong customer relationship experience, working in close partnership with key stakeholders including customers, distributors, internal functions.
  • Experience in consumer market is a must
