  • Supervise daily process comply with OP&P DCFC RCSA.
  • Manage the branch to achieve KPI with respect to customer waiting time, productivity, accuracy, customer service quality, leads referral, ATM availability.
  • Support branch manager and sales for revenue growth.
  • Achieve satisfactory audit rating
  • Support FTE and expense controls
  • Support branch manager to achieve branch’s best benefit while comply with control requirement.
  • Handle Customer complaints and continuously enhance customer satisfaction to achieve CSLM target.
  • Coach and provide feedback to staff, receive feedback from staff.
  • Qualifications

  • Banking experience
  • Familiar with branch operations
  • Good communication & English fluency in both spoken and handwriting.
  • Customer service experience
