Strong online promotion planning skills; ability to plan innovative promotions integrating customer resources, including online sales promotions, forums, micro-
blogging, ad placements, SEO to optimize traffic, conversion and other indicators
Responsible for online retailer store optimization, updates, maintenance and brand promotion, to boost store traffic, conversion and other indicators
Work closely customers, account managers, marketing managers, agencies on all store creative, contents, product display and push all materials go online.
Closely associated with account managers and marketing managers to communicate, track data and submit weekly / monthly reports.
Adjust promotion plans and activities based on data collected.
Periodic inspection and comparison of the company online displays and competitors’ displays to track and optimize traffic, conversion and submit a report on weekly basis.
Check and optimize all product pages displayed at online retailer, submit the inspection report, improve retailer pages, ranking on retailer platform, ensuring high traffic and conversion.
Align with Regional Online Marketing Manager to make sure all executions are within Company guideline
Design and execute CRM program, communicate with consumers and enhance loyalty and branding preference.
Manage internal / external social media and lead positive oral effective
Key Qualifications :
For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team :
5-8 years prior work experience (marketing communication related or online sales is a plus)
3-5 years prior experience in online trade marketing, e-commerce operation, or digital marketing.
BA or BS degree
Strong data analysis skills and reporting ability in English
Strong advertising planning and direction skill
Have experience working with / at advertising agency
Strong MS Office software skill (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Excellent communication skill with teamwork spirit, and work well under pressure, and willing to challenge.
