Form close, collaborative and trusted relationships with business leaders, HR seniors and regional / global Talent & Learning team members ensuring strong, proactive communication links exist to all stakeholders
Understand the business, market / country and HR needs and priorities; and translate these insights into an executable talent management, L&D, D&I and human capital strategy
Collaborate with the Business and key HR partners globally and regionally, to execute successfully on the strategy
Lead consult on thought leadership for Talent, Diversity, Performance Management, change management and organizational development
Initiate and design, implement and communicate key processes related to talent review / succession planning, diversity pipelines, talent development, succession, performance management etc.
In partnership with the business and key HR partners, identify, assess, coach and develop a strong diverse talent pool for the Bank of the Future
Proactively identify, scope and prioritize the L&D opportunities to support business achievement
Support the development of programs for high potential and diverse employees ensuring a strong diverse pipeline to meet business needs, partnering closely with HRAs, Campus, Program Management and Diversity
Liaise with the business, HRAs etc. to identify high potential nominations for programs both within the business and at an enterprise level
Support on the buying process of new L&D solutions as well as support the repurposing of current L&D tools
Accountable for developing and designing cutting edge learning solutions in line with the L&D strategy, success criteria and total solutions blueprint, that anticipate and address the business needs
Represent talent and diversity on Affinity or business operating committees, supporting talent and diversity pipelines and development
Build external partnerships and position Citi’s Talent and D&I brand at key industry forums
Build organizational knowledge and skills to deliver quality D&I outcomes
Ensure that Talent, diversity, performance and L&D outcomes are effectively analyzed, reported and actioned
Ability to collaborate, challenge and influence internal stakeholders at various levels in a matrixed environment.

5-8 years’ experience in project management, communications or related in a global environment, with complex stakeholder groups.
Previous experience in talent management strategy and / or diversity and / or learning & development and / or understanding of adult learning principles and learning needs assessment.
