lTake responsibility for new Rookie TMR’s coaching including basic selling skill, sales quality and right mindset.
lAchieve key performance target of rookie TMR within tenure 6 months that include productivity, promotion and retention.
lExecute selling skill training course and prepare necessary training materials
lRecord rookie TMRs learning result and track sales performance regularly
l2 years above TL experience in TM insurance industry
lLife insurance license is must have; VUL license is nice have

lGood communication skills and coaching patience.
lProblem solving and decision ability
lGood Microsoft office skills.
Education and Other Requirements :
lCollege degree above.
