Operations provides support for all of Deutsche Bank’s businesses to enable them to deliver transactions and processes to clients.

Position Description

  • Take ownership of the onboarding request and verification of the Client data, performing due diligence checks on the Clients, reviewing KYC documentation performing the risk assessment of the Client, liaising with the Business / Compliance, advising on KYC requirements and signing off on new client adoptions
  • Assist the Business in gathering, processing and reviewing the appropriate client information / documentation for New Client Adoption, Regular Review and Event Driven Review purposes
  • Ensure team members follow the KOP, policies, regulatory requirement and escalate to Manager for any gap identified
  • Maintain AML / KYC policies to fulfill our jurisdiction's regulation
  • Communicate with onshore / offshore stakeholders on the jobs relate to the functions
  • Help to build up and enhance localized COB systems
  • MIS Management supports KYC aspects of regular and ad hoc MIS reporting / analysis
  • Education / Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of KYC regulations and practice in Taiwan
  • Practical knowledge of business operation and client onboarding flow are preferred
  • Previous COB experience is required (several years minimum)
  • Excellent organizational, times management, and project management skills.
  • Good knowledge of Control, Compliance, Investigation / chasing functions in banks
  • Computer literacy
  • Strong communication skills, client partnering and organization skills
  • Strong written and spoken English in addition to native Chinese
  • Brokerage License is required
  • Bachelor degree
