nTake responsibility for new Rookie TMR’s coaching including basic selling skill, sales quality and right mindset.
nAchieve key performance target of rookie TMR within tenure 6 months that include productivity, promotion and retention.
nExecute selling skill training course and prepare necessary training materials
nRecord rookie TMRs learning result and track sales performance regularly
Experience / Knowledge Requirements :
n2 years above TL experience in TM insurance industry
nLife insurance license is must have; VUL license is nice have
Personal Competencies Required :
nHigh degree of ethics and integrity
nGood communication skills and coaching patience.
nProblem solving and decision ability
nGood Microsoft office skills.
Education and Other Requirements :
nCollege degree above.
