Responsible for Business development of Operators in APAC region relating to set-top-box and cable modems (DTH, Cable, IP STB;
Docsis Cable Modem and Head-End)
Strong understanding of Broadcom solutions and strategy for effective communication and influencing of operators for selecting Broadcom based proposals and maximizing revenue
Build relationship at multiple levels and functional groups of operators
Liason between operators and Broadcom product marketing , sales, partner OEMs , and technology solution partners (i.e.
CA, middleware, IDH etc)
Operator coverage can include China, SEA, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan
Engineering degree. Preference in electrical, computer sciences, IT related majors.
Ten years sales, marketing, or business development experience in Broadcast video, IP video, and / or Broadband related markets.
Track record of independently driving cross team effort to win complex and large opportunities in relevant industry.
Familiar with Pay TV, FTA, IP TV, OTT, Docsis / Cable Modem industry dynamics, business model, players.
