In charge of periodic review of Cards and Loan interest / fees and regulatory changes on Interest calculation, APR, min due calculation, fee charges (Including late fees, foreign transaction fees and etc.
UAT planning and execution for system changes / enhancement
Ownership of Cards statement. Includes ensuring correctness of interest, fee and reward point display. Optimization of marketing banners.
3rd party engagement to work with KPMG on auditing samplings and case reviews for both periodical reviews and system enhancement reviews
Audit documentation preparation
Customer handling with Phone banking - day to day trouble shooting including providing logic for complex interest calculation customer queries.
Digital marketing for Cards Portfolio
Optimizing Digital targeting strategy. Maximizing usage of customized banners on Citi sites
Launch digital channels / Enhance existing digital process to drive digital installment volumes.
Drive e-statement reengineering project to level up statement capability.
Launch / Promote Cards Activation via digital channels
Drive Card balance inquiry digitally vs traditional phone banking
Work with Digital banking to switch on the push notifications service / creative viable alternatives to SMS for marketing communication and targeted product-related communication
Lead targeting strategy & end-to-end execution of CLI ( Credit Line Increase ) & Revolver Usage program
Ownership of Utility & micro payment. Strengthen customer loyalty through onboarding Citi to all 3rd payment platforms, new digital payment mechanism in Taiwan market.
