lDevelop semiconductor test plans that enable high volume low cost solutions for production test. Detail the project tasks, schedule, and budget expectations.
lWork with design engineers to define testability requirements to ensure controllability and observability needs are met to support characterization and manufacturing test.
lUtilize Automated Test Equipment to validate new product designs. Communicate performance findings to technical peers and the development team.
lDevelop test programs, analyze data results, and generate supporting documentation.
lConfirm that the appropriate process guidelines, specifications, and strategies have been properly implemented into test programs and plans.
lDesign interface and measurement circuits that enhance tester capabilities and ensure compatibility with new product designs.
lWork closely with the manufacturing sites to ensure production hardware solutions and programs are released within the expected delivery dates.
lManage the design, fabrication, and debug of PCB hardware that will be used during product validation. This includes schematic generation, component selection, and PCB layout review.
lAttend relevant test conferences, industry shows, and / or seminars to keep abreast of industry testing standards, etc.
lTake the lead in setting priorities and road map for test solutions to be used in the business unit

lBachelor or Master Degree in Electrical, Electronic required.
l8+ yrs of relevant test experience in analog and digital test development.
lExperience with ETS300, ETS364 & ETS88 testers required.
lExperience with C C++ programming techniques desired.
lFamiliar with PCB development software tools such as OrCad and PADS a plus.
lStrong written and verbal skills are required in order to effectively communicate technical details to internal peers and external customers.
lCandidate must be highly motivated and able to demonstrate a history of independently solving technical problems, identifying electrical circuit performance issues, and recommending process / design improvement opportunities either through college projects or work experience.
