Job responsibilities :
1. Assist with customer about after service.
2. Service interface of PS DGC HQ and PS DGC / SLT
3. Collect technical or business information from the customer party.
4. Assist ST & CP overhaul for coordinating client and supervisor both parties.
5. Technical clarification with customers for generating inquiries / orders.
6. Obtaining possible and useful information for business opportunities.
7. Reporting all technical service activities to PS DGC manager.
8. Assist the projects which is in need amoung our team if necessary.
9. Offer sales and services activities.
10. Review and update all information and status bia Salesforce regularly.
11. Accompanying PCC representative to visit clients to promote products.
