In this exciting position, your responsibilities include amongst others :
Collaborate on forecasting activities
Coordinate Allocation / demand
Ensure to have Logistics contacts in place and act accordingly
Develop, change and implement strategies to best meet customer demands. This may include strategies and processes like collaborative forecasting, consignment-
and JIT programs, or other methods.
Approved part number, label and marking topics, etc.
Pro-active order coverage tracking against award / FC, and pursue the customer for increased order coverage where gaps exist compared to lead-
time, forecast or contract data
Drive NXP activities to provide benchmark levels of supply assurance by understanding customer demands, NXP supply capabilities, and coordinating activities to meet customer demands and communicate accurate status to customers, including regular production, new products, and end of life.
Effectively lead cross functional activities to resolve customer issues. Requires coordination and communication among teams across customer, sales, business units, and other supply chain functions
Escalation step for resolve customer complaints, returns and invoice query requirements by clarifying customer's complaints
Analyze service performance from logistics data, NPS and customer KPIs and other customer feedbacks. Define and implement continuous improvement actions and make them visible to the Team.
Oversees SCM aspects of customer scorecard performance and drive corrective actions if required in close alignment with Account Team, business unit, and other supply chain functions
Develop and present supply chain performance, process improvements, and strategies to NXP and customer leadership.
Support co-operative analysis of customer information to strategically monitor sales expectations; in alignment with Account Team / Sales Operations
