A Little About Us :
The APAC Payroll team handles all payroll including Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.
We all work together as a team to ensure APAC employees get paid and Oath can continue operating its day to day business.
Ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
Retrieve and validate all the data from Workday
Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits
Respond to any questions from tax authority
Respond to employee tickets
Liaise with internal and external auditors
Provide resolution of escalation and process issues
Prepare annual income tax statement
Minimum Qualifications :
Proficient in read, spoken and written English
Good in PC skills (Excel, Power Point, Word)
Knowledge in Workday is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent business major
5+ years accounting work experience in global company
Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills.
