Work very closely with local factory engineering and operations to address cross-organization efficiency, product, process, operational and quality improvements as well as help support the implementation of strategic and operational solutions.
Be factory centric however, will be working with engineering teams at other assembly test facilities. Working with organization in both US and Europe (Bridge engineering strategy team, package innovation, design team, frontend fabs, quality, IT, etc).
Scope (direct cross-organization engagement; AT, Frontend, Product engineering / design, QA, R&D, etc)Help resolve immediate factory issues related to product and / or wafer fab.
Help address customer challenges.Facilitate learning, feedback, support and resolution across organizations (incl. internal and external factories)

Help drive cost reduction efforts
BSc or greater in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related subjects
Technical degree with 5+ years of experience
Have strong knowledge and experience in assembly operations. Fab experience welcome.
Individual will be trained in all aspects of new product introduction from design enablement through frontend operations.
Ability to lead, influence and drive a diverse team in both skills and functions.
Be very structured and methodical on developing and meeting plans and schedules
Excellent interpersonal skills that will create, develop and foster relationships
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and changing environment.

Knowledge in Quality Management Systems, FMEA and Control plans.
Comfortable with Database programs, Microsoft Office and related systems
