In your new role you will :
Local buyer - supplier management, quality gate on purchase requisition, PO process.
Local contract management review, legal consultancy coordination, signature arrangement, filing, etc.
Office infrastructure management facilities maintenance, building management, insurance program for company assets
Official letter management draft official letter to externals
Supervision on asset management ensure central data is updated (incl. new hire, resign, change or scrap)
Supervision receptionist and local purchasing administration activities including goods receipt, invoice matching against PO, PO backlog tracking, etc.
Seal management new, change or scrap
Other ad-hoc projects, e.g. office expansion, relocation, modification, ISO audit, etc
You are best equipped for this task if you have :
1.Education background : Bachelor's degree
2.Field of studies : Business Administration or relevant field
3.Working experience : at least 5 years in office administration field, therein 3 years’ managerial experience
4.Language skills : fluent English incl. reading, writing, speaking
5.Computer skills : MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
6.Other requirements :
