Job description

In your new role you will :

  • Local buyer - supplier management, quality gate on purchase requisition, PO process.
  • Local contract management review, legal consultancy coordination, signature arrangement, filing, etc.
  • Office infrastructure management facilities maintenance, building management, insurance program for company assets
  • Official letter management draft official letter to externals
  • Supervision on asset management ensure central data is updated (incl. new hire, resign, change or scrap)
  • Supervision receptionist and local purchasing administration activities including goods receipt, invoice matching against PO, PO backlog tracking, etc.
  • Seal management new, change or scrap
  • People management
  • Other ad-hoc projects, e.g. office expansion, relocation, modification, ISO audit, etc
  • Profile

    You are best equipped for this task if you have :

    1.Education background : Bachelor's degree

    2.Field of studies : Business Administration or relevant field

    3.Working experience : at least 5 years in office administration field, therein 3 years’ managerial experience

    4.Language skills : fluent English incl. reading, writing, speaking

    5.Computer skills : MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    6.Other requirements :

    I.Team player and pleasant personality

    II.Good communication / negotiation / coordination skills

    III.Legal knowledge preferred

    IV.Working experience at multinational company preferred

    V.ISO audit experience
