  • Responsible for Retail Banking sales planning and strategy
  • Design and execute Sales incentive program, including target setting, gradingand frontline sales communication.
  • Support Sales performance analysis and t sales productivity related initiatives.
  • Sales performance tracking and MIS analysis
  • Regional / cross-functional communication
  • Qualifications

  • University or above, MBA / Master is preferred
  • With 10+ years banking working experience and 5+ year leadership experience, Retail Banking business related is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with analytical skill and strategic thinking
  • Good in MS Excel and Power Point
  • Proactive and positive working attitude
  • Willing to take challenge, ability to work under pressure and a good team player
  • Fluent English in both oral and written communication
  • Travel
