Job Description

Job Summary : This is an opportunity to join the rapidly growing FLIR IIS Machine Vision business team as an Inside Sales Representative! You will have excellent communication & customer service skills.

You have a passion for technology and its applications such as autonomous driving vehicles, industrial automation, robotics, and medical applications.

In addition to working in an amazing corporate culture, opportunities exist to travel to trades shows and to customer sites!

Responsibilities :

Educate potential customers about our innovative industrial camera systems Manage each sale to completion Provide product specifications and pricing information Prepare official quotes, as well as entering orders and payment details Manage and maintain long term relationships with existing clients Follow-

up with new leads and opportunities Qualify leads through research and customer interactions Provide backup support for field sales personnel who focus on selling to OEM organizations Research new business development opportunities

Requirements :

Post-secondary diploma or degree Proven ability to successfully interact with and manage satisfied clients Proven track record for identifying, pursuing, and following up with opportunities Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills Inquisitive mind and demonstrated problem solving abilities Proficient computer skills with a high attention to accuracy of details Experience using a CRM tool to log and track your sales activities (ie : SAP, Microsoft CRM)

Preferred Skills / Experience :

An ability to communicate in English is an asset Experience dealing with international customers
