Hold primary accountability for developing and implementing marketing objectives, plans and programs for Bobbi Brown products.
Plan and execute designate product management, including pricing, COG, monthly forecast, stock, sku management and product logistics related.
Plan and execute designate category management. Develop product mix strategy, set sales target & action plans and monitor, measure the performance in order to ensure the optimal product portfolio
Manage new product launch plan, which includes
ATL & BTL planning & execution (including events, digital)
CRM program, profile analysis and action plans
Plan & control advertising & promotion budget
University graduate or above.
3-5 years of relevant work experience preferred. Counter brand experience is a plus.
Windows (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English
