Sr Mgr Key Accounts

Reporting to the General Manager, your core focus will be to develop and manage strategic alliances in key accounts to maximize the long term profitability of Amgen brands.

Works with minimal direction, determines objectives. Responsible to see that overall budgets and long term plan

Manages multiple activities with competing priorities

Drive key accounts sales by providing strategic direction to field sales organization to achieve established sales objective.

Develop and execute account business plans

Analyze sales results and identify growth opportunities

Design, negotiate, and measure contract (s) performance and proposal drafting

Form pricing strategy and facilitate for a high-profit application

Maintain relationship with key decision maker and influence BNHI related policy

Participate the industry committee and speak out the company's position

Optimize the institution (hospital) formulary listing and sustain the price life cycle of Amgen products.

Minimum Qualifications :

Master's degree & 6 years of Sales experience OR Bachelor's degree & 8 years of Sales experience AND 3 years of managerial experience directly managing people and / or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources

Fluent in Mandarin and English, both oral and written communication

Preferred Qualifications :

8+ years of healthcare product sales experience including a minimum of 3 years' sales account management experience

Proven track record of consistently achieving revenue target

Effectively implement change initiatives

Strong demonstrated record of developing cooperative business relationships and building strong teams.

Must be a team leader with demonstrated success in inspiring and leading cross-functional business initiatives

Pricing / tender management experience preferred
