Develop DR business plan for Taiwan market and work with NY team to analyze financial results of DR portfolio
Source new business, develop pipeline and win DR mandates
Maintain constant dialogue with seniors of existing clients and work with NY team to manage client inquiries
Manage junior account manager
Establish strong relationships with Citi DRs client universe, and ,where relevant, deal influencers such as third party brokers, law firms, investor relations advisors, local stock exchange representatives and other market professionals
Build strong internal network with IBD, ECM, RM, Equity sales desk, Corporate Access, and New York and London team members
Perform Cross-sales for other Citi products
Strong Sales and client management experiences
Solid understanding of capital market or Banking industries
10+ year experiences in banking or capital markets
Experience in team work as well as Individual Contributor
Highly motivated self starter, resourceful, able perform well under stressful conditions
Strong in building and maintaining relationships
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent PC skills with specific emphasis on presentation and written client materials.
Fluent English and Mandarin (or Cantonese) speaker
Confident and polished client management skill is a must.
