We have a new opportunity for a Customer Quality Engineer / Technical Support to join Accumold's talented, dedicated and growing Sales team in Taiwan! This bilingual (English / Mandarin) engineer will be responsible for representing Accumold with customers in the Asian region to clearly identify customer concerns, relay them to the U.
S. sales team, and provide resolution back to the customer. This is for a 2-5 year contract. The role requires almost daily travel to Shenzhen and to Manilla every two or three weeks.
Must also be able to travel to the U.S. on occasion. Provides technical perspective to customers on Engineering, Quality, Customer Plant operations representing Accumold.
Serves as bridge between customer experience and technical team.

Non-disclosure agreement required and extends indefinitely after contract termination by either party.
Five years’ relevant experience preferred.
Proven reading and comprehension skills to implement instructions and correspondence. Ability to effectively communicate information to Accumold employees both one-
on-one and in small group situations.
Use experience to understand cause and effect as it relates to customer issues to trouble-shoot and problem solve.
Willingness to work nights and weekends in both an on call and project basis.
